Northwest Indiana Home Builders, Inc. (NWIHB) a small family owned and operated business was not inhibited to take us on as clients, by our needs and wants nor budget. We felt welcomed and comfortable with Rich and Machelle Blount, NWIHB, from the moment we met. NWIHB also allowed us great interaction from the very beginning and throughout the building of our house, which allowed us to personally customize the existing blue print. Sharing ideas and making decisions directly with Rich, Machelle and their entire staff was easy and a pleasurable experience. We have been told by other contractors that our house is well built with quality materials. Our house is absolutely beautiful, and we find it to be sound and sturdy.
